Basket unloading machine and can palletizer

This machine is designed to unload cans from the autoclave basket and stack them on a pallet. After the operator places the autoclave basket in place, the machine uses a hydraulic system and a magnetic arm to fully automatically and at high speed remove the cans from the basket and place them on the traffic lane. Then, using a second magnetic arm, it simultaneously arranges the cans on the pallet. This device improves the production process by minimizing the need for human labor and with high speed and accuracy.
